The type of closing is used to define a reason for closing one or several resources.

What is a “type of closing” made for?

This notion is only used to provide a reason for the closing of a resource, be it for work, renovation or holiday. Once you have specified a type of closing, you can set up a closing for one or several resources. As a result, these resources are displayed in gray on the schedule and can no longer be reserved.

Where can I manage the types of closings?

Adding, editing or deleting

You can add, edit or delete a type of closing in the “Reservation” section, then choose “Settings” and “Type of closing”.

Defining the closing of a resource

You can define a closing in the “Reservation” section, under “Parameters” and “Closings”.

Characteristics of a type of closing

Name: The name is used every time the notion is used. Order: The order defines the order in which the types of hour ranges are displayed on a list.

Please note that many clubs prefer to use a “type of reservation” called “closed” and block the resource thanks to an advanced reservation of the “closed” type instead of using “closings” and to add a closing.
