The special product is a product which has a specific behavior, that is to say it will trigger specific actions when it is used at the cash register. For instance, it can ask a question when you click on it.

You can manage special products in the Shop section, in the “Products” module and in the “Add products” and “Manage products” menus; you can create, delete and/or edit the characteristics of products.
The list appearing under “Properties” and showing all the special products available needs to be implemented with StadLine.
You can use special products when you sell something at the cash register or when you make a reservation. For instance, when you sell a subscription at the cash register, a window such as the one below can appear :
This pop-up window invites you to answer a question or to specify a start or end date.
In this example, this is the start date of a member's subscription. The status of the member will change for the time the subscription is valid.
When a special product is used in reservation, no pop-up window will appear, inviting you to answer a question. The use of this product will only take units or points out of the person's account (quantity you have previously defined) when he/she makes a reservation if he/she has bought a 10-session book.
