This page contains the list of all the money transactions and all income and expenditures in points / units. So, you can keep an eye on all the money transactions that were made. For instance, if the check was split between several people or if several payments were made, you will see that each payment appear in the list.
This page is divided into two parts. First, you will find the display filters allowing you to sort the various transactions that were made. Below, you will see a table containing the various transactions. You can click on each line to view the details or to make some actions, according to the type of payment or ticket.
As for all display filters on ExtraClub, you can choose the criteria that are relevant to your search. You can choose to show tickets according to the name of their owner, their cashier, the cash register where they were created, their amount (the exact amount, more or fewer than a specific amount), the drawer closing, the type of transaction, of payment or of ticket. You can also choose to display walk-in customers only.
To use them, you can click on the combo boxes and choose your criteria on the lists. Use your keyboard to enter information on the fields requiring specification (for instance, for the “Owner” field, you will find a text field next to the combo box). As for dates, when you click on the fields where you can see the “Calendar” icon , a calendar appears and you can select a specific date.
In this table, you can click on the rows of tickets you want to view. ExtraClub will redirect you to the Details of the transaction page.
So you can see how much money was paid every time a payment was made. When a ticket was completely paid at the time of the purchase, the “Amount” column and the “Ticket amount” column will show the same figure for a selected row. When a ticket was paid in several installments (or if it is not closed yet), you can see the payments that were made as well as the global amount of the ticket. By clicking on a transaction of this type, you will see the ticket's details linked to this transaction. In so doing, you will be able to view what is left to be paid (and enter a payment by clicking on the corresponding button).
You can view and, in some cases, edit (if the transaction does not belong to a cash register that is closed out) the divisions of the payment (that is to say the means of payment that were used). When you click on the row of the selected payment, you will be redirected to the ticket's details.
