Registration to ExtraClub: Choosing the right plan

You probably wonder if this software solution is going to be the right one for you and you don’t want to spend too much money or time before you know for sure.

That is why the unit-package system was created. An S-package allows you to use ExtraClub so you can discover and test all its functions. You don’t need to spend too much just to check that this software solution is the one you need thanks to a complete access to our solution. No “fake accounts”, no limited access.

Two striking facts :

• Small structures almost have the same needs as greater structures but they don’t have the same financial means.
• When buying a software solution, it is hard to know what to buy because it is impossible to know what we are going to use beforehand.

On the price page of our website, you can find all the explanations on how we work. You will see that a small structure having few members, few grounds or courses and selling few products has a unit consumption which goes with its size and budget.

Moreover, a structure which only uses the “member” section will have a low consumption of units. No need to pay for the “reservation” or “shop” section, it is not used!

A new structure will have a low consumption of units because its activity is just starting. Maybe it will switch to an unlimited plan when its consumption increases thanks to its development.

To have an idea of how much it is going to cost, you need to evaluate the number of people you will add to the application in a month or a year, the number of reservations that will be done in a month or a year and the number of sales you will make in a month or a year.

You will find some examples on our Extraclub website. Then, you only have to convert your consumption into unit packages to know what your budget will be for a specific time period.

If this number is greater than the price of the unlimited plan, you’ll know what to do!

Usually, new users start with a package for one or two months just to check what their consumption will be and switch to an unlimited plan if they find it is less expensive.

If your consumption is high or unpredictable, and if you want to be sure of how much you are going to pay, the one-month unlimited package is made for you.

Once you have made up your mind, you just need to subscribe online via the ExtraClub website, answer a few questions about your center or club so we can set up an ExtraClub very close to what you need and finally, subscribe to one of our packages or plan. As soon as we receive your payment, you will get a confirmation email and our teams will prepare your ExtraClub. Once it is ready for use, you will get an email containing the link to your ExtraClub, your administrator username and password. The remaining number of units or the end-date of your monthly subscription are specified on your client account with your invoices.
